By accessing and using this website and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All purchases are governed by the applicable legislation in Romania.

We recommend that you carefully read the information regarding payment, delivery, refunds, and data protection before completing your registration.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely online via the Netopia Payments platform.

Accepted payment methods: VISA and Mastercard cards (personal or company).

No additional transaction fees are charged to the customer.

Card data is not stored on our servers and is processed exclusively through Netopia Payments using secure encryption protocols.

Payments are collected on behalf of ESSIR 2026 by Asociatia 2Space, a non-profit organization established in accordance with Romanian law.

Delivery of Services

The registration is considered valid only after the payment has been successfully received in the Asociatia 2Space account.

The invoice corresponding to the registration fee will be issued and sent via email within a maximum of 10 working days from the payment confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The registration fee is used to cover organizational costs (including, but not limited to, venue, catering, and event logistics), which require advance commitments.

Therefore:

  • A full refund may be requested within 48 hours from the moment of successful payment.
  • After this period, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email at support@2026.essir.eu.

Personal Data Processing (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian legislation.

What data we collect

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data (e.g. name, surname);
  • Contact details (e.g. email address, phone number);
  • Billing information (e.g. invoicing details, organization);
  • Technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information).

We do not store or process card details. All payment data is handled securely by Netopia Payments.

How we use your data

Your personal data is used for:

  • Processing event registrations and payments;
  • Issuing invoices and fulfilling legal obligations;
  • Communicating important information related to the event;
  • Ensuring security and preventing fraud.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We process your data based on:

  • Contractual necessity – to provide the services you requested;
  • Legal obligations – to comply with accounting and tax requirements;
  • Legitimate interest – to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website.

Data sharing

We may share your data with:

  • Payment processor: Netopia Payments;
  • Accounting and legal service providers;
  • Public authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

Your personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary:

  • Registration and event data, until the event ends and related obligations are fulfilled;
  • Financial data, according to Romanian accounting legislation.
